As your Leadership Coach, I will partner with you and together we will work on actionable strategy and technique so that you can Lead (be that effective positive influence) in whatever situation you’re up against in order to get the results you desire.
The practice of Coaching is founded in collaborative intentional conversation. As your Coach, I use inquiry (powerful questioning) and provide feedback (my assessment) to support your self-directed learning, increased self-awareness, and an enhanced capacity to thrive.
My Coaching is always future focused, supports personal and professional growth, and creates actionable strategies for achieving specific goals.
Court’s Responsibility as your Coach
- Discovers, clarifies, and aligns with what the client wants to achieve.
- Encourages self-discovery.
- Elicits client-generated solutions and strategies.
- Challenges blind spots.
- Holds the client responsible and accountable – to the extent that the client wants the coach involved.
- Provides objective assessment and observations.
- Maintains confidentiality.
Client Responsibilities
- Creates the coaching agenda.
- Uses judgments and observations to enhance self-awareness and awareness of others.
- Assumes full responsibility for personal decisions and actions.
- Utilizes the coaching process of possibility thinking and fresh perspectives.
- Engages big-picture thinking and problem-solving skills.
COACHING PACKAGES
This is a thirty minute introductory call where we will “discover” each other. During this call Court will define coaching, explain his coaching approach, and Court will seek to understand why the client wants coaching. It is also a time for the client to ask questions. The goal of this conversation is for the client to have all the information needed to determine whether or not coaching with Court is right for their unique needs.
Apex is our basic Coaching package.
It includes four, 60-minute coaching sessions.
Value: $1,600.
Summit is our Coaching package that includes eight, 60-minute coaching sessions with 3 integrated self-assessments. The self-assessments included in the Summit package are (1) a Character Assessment, (2) a Leadership Strengths Assessment, and (3) a workplace Personality Assessment.
Value: $3,000.
Optimum is our Coaching package that includes twelve, 60-minute coaching sessions with 4 integrated self-assessments. The self-assessments included in the Optimum package are (1) a Character Assessment, (2) a Leadership Strengths Assessment, (3) a Workplace Personality Assessment, and (4) the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
Value: $4,500
This is a 10% discounted cost to any coaching package for all military (active duty, veteran, or retired) and Police, Fire, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technicians (active and retired). Proof of service must be presented.

I define MENTORSHIP simply as: Service as an expert who provides wisdom and guidance based on his/her own experience. Therefore, as your Mentor I will Advise & Teach.
As your Leadership Mentor, I will partner with you and together I will offer ideas, techniques, and practical experiences from my life experiences to inform actionable strategy and technique so that you can Lead (be that effective positive influence) in whatever situation you’re up against in order to get the results you desire.
My areas of Mentorship expertise include:
- Leadership. Where leadership is defined as: Effective Positive Influence.
- Management. Where Management is defined as: Supervisor of people & projects in order to accomplish tasks, missions and assignments.
- Coaching. Pathways and perspectives for you to develop your own Executive Coaching practice.
- High Performance. Where High Performance is defined as: Success in desired results, above established norms, over the long term.
- Establishment & Development of High Performing Team &/or Family Culture.
- Hiring. A process to make informed and optimal hiring decisions with a focus on evaluating and selecting candidates that are the best “fit” for your hiring needs.
- Youth. Where youth is defined as: aged 14-18 years.
Includes:
(1) Annual subscription to IRON SHARPENS IRON Membership Program.
(2) With Mentor, the Client will construct and write a personal Mission Statement.
(3) With Mentor, the Client will first identify their 2-5 annual Targets, 1-3 Quarterly Targets and 1-5 weekly intentions (or ladder goals).
(4) Weekly 30-minute accountability partner session between Client and Mentor. During this weekly engagement, the Mentor & Client will discuss progress, roadblocks to progress and encourage accountability for the Client based on Client-established weekly intentions (ladder goals). This is an “accountability partnership.”
(5) Client is billed for service monthly at a rate of $250.00 each month. Cancel at any time and when the membership fails to deliver value in your life. Mentor’s goal is for every Client to out-grow the value and utility of the membership.
